Julia Turshen is New York Times bestselling author. Her newest cookbook is What Goes with What. The Washington Post calls it “absolutely genius.” Everyone from Kamala Harris to Dorie Greenspan and Nigella Lawson love it.

Julia sits on the Kitchen Cabinet Advisory Board for the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History, is a member of God’s Love We Deliver’s Culinary Council, and is the founder of Equity At The Table (EATT), an inclusive digital directory of women and non-binary individuals in food.

Julia lives in the Hudson Valley with her spouse Grace and their pets. She teaches cooking classes online most Sunday afternoons and gives 15% of proceeds from each class to a meaningful organization.
